Osteoporosis is defined as the abnormal loss of bony tissue resulting in fragile porous bones attributable to a lack of calcium. This disease is mostly found in postmenopausal women. There are some easy as well as smooth processes of preventing Osteoporosis. Regular exercise, curtailing alcohol, quitting cigarettes are some of the things that decrease the chances of Osteoporosis.
